A friend told me that her doctor said that breathing through the nose can help ensure that more often than what? How can this be?

I am not a doctor or anything, but breathing through the nose and controlling will help you calm your breathing .. Sense of things .. Actually work ..

Kitty, I think MS has the best answer is my rest, but not stop the disease, for me, I've never heard that breathing through the nose to relieve a little too bipolar disorder, but it's worth a try.
